They were so helpful! Not just at the front desk, but the others who worked there as well! I blew a tire on the interstate coming back from Florida to Ohio, I ended up having no where to go to fix it till the next morning when the tire store opened up... I found this place nearby and they were so accommodating, especially for it being so late at night. They not only got me a room at a great price, but the room I originally moved into the TV wouldn't work, so they quickly resolved the issue and got us another room and even offered to help me and my family move our things to our new room! They were so helpful and super friendly! It might not have been the nicest, cleanest, biggest place... but it was definitely cheap, the staff was definitely super friendly and helpful, and even though it wasn't the greatest location my vehicle was left unlocked all night with all of me and my family belongings inside and no one touched our vehicle all night. And I will say this as well. The rooms were super cute, And I really liked the decorations! If given the choice I would definitely stay here again!

Our host Gary Patel is really a exceptional host I have ever come across. He made sure that check-in process is done without mush hassle and provided excellent hospitality and provided more than what we needed. Gary and his wife both well took care of my family and friends and we felt home. Such pleasure to stay in this property and we throughly enjoyed staying at OYO rooms. On the day of checkout , our entire group was hungry and we approached Gary to check if there is anything available to eat. He had offered us freshly made Tea along with Indian authentic homemade snacks for all of us. We were 10 people in the group and he made sure sufficient snacks and tea is provided to everyone. Such a warm host and kind hearted people. I definitely visit again and recommend to all my friends who are visiting Ridgeland.

Our stay was short, but we were welcomed in a cozy room and slept all like babies. Although we arrived late in the night, around 2am, the front desk lady was friendly and even had a smile on her tired face. In the room we found everything we wanted, a brand new full combo fridge with both cooler and freezer, unlike the tiny ones on most hotels, a microwave and a coffee maker. The heater was not so noisy so we left it on for the night.

The property was great, very clean and beautifully maintained. The bed was super comfortable, excellent mattress! Loved the beautiful large painting in the room. Everything was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No pets and no smoking, which we appreciated. We had a great stay!
